Well my favorite artist is on tour in Canada now. Last night Jann Arden kicked off the Free Tour in Nanaimo,
British Columbia. As a special treat to her guests, Jann is offering the "VIP Experience" tickets to her fanns.You can purchase a VIP package by clicking HERE! Included with these tickets are a chance to meet Jann, her dog MIDI, and pictures/autographs! It is a great experience for only $250.00 dollars! The VIP experience was really awesome.  Jann sang us a tune, then started the Meet and Greet.  There were probably 30 of us in there, she was only in the room for maybe 40 minutes, but you know what?  It was not rushed at all.  The energy in the room was light and fun, laughter everwhere.  She took time with each and every one of us, and really made those few minutes perfect.   I must also say that Chris was great in his role of photographer.

The show itself, blew me away.  No opening act, it’s all Jann for 2 hours.  There was no indication that this was opening night in the performance.  Nothing broke, no songs missed, and nobody fell off the stage.  The band is crazy good and of course Jann brings it all to each of the songs. 
 
There was so much music, the old and the new, each song worked in the progression really well, and her new stuff rocked.  The crowd was really into it, add all of that in with a surprise visit from MIDI onstage, and I have to say, BRAVO to a grand evening.  This tour will not disappoint.  She truly is a Canadian treasure!
